(1) Advertisement agencies listed under Rule 11 shall maintain a register of advertisements made through their agencies.
(2) Bye-law: The Board may inspect the records kept as per (1) as required.
(3) During the inspection according to sub-rule (2), if any correction is found to be required in relation to the record, the board may instruct such agency to make such correction. It will be the duty of the concerned agency to comply with such instructions.
